Mr. Schrader was born in West Allis, Wisconsin and relocated to California in 1980. Previous career ventures include an apprenticeship in carpentry and construction and ten years in the restaurant management and service industry.

Admitted to practice in the State of California, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal in 1989. Member of the Monterey County Bar, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California.
Mr. Schrader associated with the Playa Del Rey, California firm of Solomon, Sailtsman & Jamieson, wherein he emphasized a civil, administrative, government, corporate and real estate litigation practice. He represented major self-insured restaurant chains, handling civil litigation claims, liquor liability, corporate counseling, commercial contractual transactions, and administrative hearings. Mr. Schrader handled both civil and criminal trials on behalf of a variety of clients.
Mr. Schrader was a resident associate with the Los Angeles office of the National law firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, He concentrated his practice in the areas of insurance law, handling all aspects of personal injury defense, environmental litigation, business litigation, government liability, subrogation, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, creditor-debtor litigation, products liability, real estate, anti-trust litigation and civil appellate matters. Mr. Schrader successfully litigated a wide variety of civil arbitration and trials.
Presently, Mr. Schrader continues to specialize in civil and business law with an emphasis on comprehensive insurance law, construction defect litigation, corporate formation, employment law, real estate law and civil litigation. Mr. Schrader handles legal matters in all jurisdictions of California, State and Federal courts. Additionally, he continues to pursue a broad-based trial and appellate practice.
