Howard has been a practicing attorney for over 40 years whose primary practice area has been in residential and commercial sales, leasing and financing. In addition, he has substantial experience in corporate law, as well as trusts, estates and probate. Howard was formerly General Counsel in the New York office of Dezer Properties, LLC, who owned, managed and leased office space and retail stores throughout the Chelsea/Flat Iron area of Manhattan. Howard has handled many environmental and municipal violation matters before a variety of administrative boards.
